His illustrious career commenced within the esteemed Audit & Business Advisory unit at Arthur Andersen, now KPMG Professional Services, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his distinguished trajectory.

In 2008, Gbenga embarked on a transformative journey by joining African Capital Alliance (ACA), where he assumed the role of Executive Partner within the ACA investment team. Here, he spearheads the firm's energy investments, showcasing his astute leadership and strategic acumen. As a testament to his prowess, Gbenga currently occupies seats on the Board of Directors of various esteemed portfolio companies under ACA's purview, underscoring his invaluable contributions to their growth and success.

Prior to his tenure at ACA, Gbenga served as a Manager in the Global Energy & Natural Resources practice at Accenture. In this capacity, he collaborated with International Oil Companies and power utilities, facilitating operational enhancements and unlocking substantial value.
