Babajide is a multi-jurisdictional lawyer and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales. He practices law in Nigeria, UK and USA. He is a graduate of the University of Ife and later obtained a degree in Law from one of the world’s prestigious institution, University of Warwick, Coventry.
He worked with Halifax PLC before setting up his own law firm in the UK. He is the founding Partner in the London based Hackman Solicitors where he was exposed to a lot of intricacies in the financial aspect of property market in the UK. He is also a Director of Ang Tech Services Limited and Hackman Micro Finance Bank.
He is the promoter of Hackman Real Estate Fund, a Private Equity firm with investment focus in the real estate sector in Nigeria. Jide currently practices law and has advised various companies in the African Oil and Gas Industry.
Charles, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. He has over two decades of vast industry wide experience, across the finance, management consulting, audit and investment sector.
Charles has a strong finance and investment background that began with ICON Stockbrokers Limited as Head, of Finance & Accounts. He joined the Trading Desk of Afrinvest (West Africa) Limited in 2005, pioneering the Fixed Income Desk.
Subsequently, he worked with UBA Stockbrokers Limited, a subsidiary of UBA Bank before moving to Securities Africa Financial Limited (SAFL) an internationally acclaimed investment banking firm with a Head office based in Johannesburg South Africa, in 2012/2013, as the Head Trade Execution, where he was responsible to increase the firms market share by boosting foreign portfolio investor relationships. In 2014, Charles was re-engaged by Afrinvest Securities Limited, a spin-off of the Stockbroking arm of Afrinvest (West Africa) Limited, as the Company’s Managing Director. Afterward, he joined Forthright Securities & Investments Limited, where he was charged to reposition the company’s operation and return it to profitability.
Charles is a two-term Council Member of the Association of Securities Dealing Houses of Nigeria (ASHON) and Chairs the Rules Committee. He is also a member of the Financial Literacy Technical Committee of the SEC, among numerous other capital market committees. He is an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), among other things.
Remi has a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University, Massachusetts, USA, and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Lagos. He is a fellow and member of many professional bodies including the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (UK), Haggi Institute (Singapore), and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Remi has over 30 years cognate experience in the financial sector in Nigeria, He started his career as an Audit Senior in a firm of Chartered Accountants before moving to the banking industry.
He had oversight functions for the administration and operations of UBA Trustees Limited, UBA Capital & Trust Limited, UBA Pension Custodian Limited, and later became the Managing Director of UBA Stockbrokers in 2004 during which time he mastered the operations of the Capital Market in Nigeria. Remi left UBA Group to manage Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank which he turned around in less than 12 months. He retired from the bank in 2018 to start Sunesis Consultancy Limited, a financial and management consulting outfit.
Remi sits as a Non-Executive Director on several boards with diverse business interests. These companies include but are not limited to a foremost national wholesale healthcare provider; a national security and telecommunication organization; a provider of bespoke and exquisite properties for the middle to upper-class sectors of the market.
Fadeke is a Certified Mediation Advisor with the Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates (SCMA) UK and an accredited Mediator of the Lagos State Multi-Door Court (LMDC). Fadeke is also an experienced real estate/property consultant and the Chief Executive Officer of Investment Builders Limited, a real estate and investment firm that specialises in the leasing, purchase and sale of both residential and commercial properties.
In addition, Fadeke has over 20 years of business management experience which cuts across several industry sectors including Telecommunications, Banking and Information Technology (IT).
She is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and amongst other capacity building courses, has attended the Harvard University Graduate School of Design where she received her Certificate of Attendance for a course on Challenges of Leadership in Real Estate.
