The product is designed to unlock the value of outstanding and unclaimed entitlements of investments in  Nigerian quoted securities (Equities and  Bonds)   on behalf of our clients.

TBEF is intended to address investment-wide reconciliation notwithstanding where the investments are resident and encompass both actual quantity reconciliation and outstanding money in the form of dividends or interest from investments.

We would leverage our cordial relationships with various company registrars to ensure timely and efficient reconciliation of the client’s investment position.

What does it involve?

  • Reconciliation of client’s shareholdings and investments between the registrars and  CSCS
  • Recovery of all outstanding holdings, bonuses, and dividends.
  • Recovery of any return sums of money/interest on un-allotted public offer shares
  • Dematerialization of recovered share certificates
  • Replacement of lost/damaged share certificates
  • Consolidation of multiple shareholding accounts
  • Consolidation of CSCS accounts in multiple houses

Fee Structure

5% Service Charge on the value of investments (Shares or Bond) and/or dividends recovered. However, an initial ₦5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) application fee is payable for Individuals and ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) for Corporate accounts.
